Do you buy shoes?

Yes! We are buying 7 days a week. We are looking for new and used Jordans, Yeezys, Off-Whites, Dunks, and more. We also buy vintage clothing, memorabilia, and numerous streetwear brands in store. 


What is your buying process?

We are actively buying at all of our locations.  Just bring by what you are looking to sell and we’ll take a look at it at our buying counter!  We’ll take into account the style, size, and condition of the item (as well as its box/packaging if it is brand new). Once we assess the item and it goes through our authentication process, we’ll shoot you an offer.  You can also call or DM any of our locations for quotes on unworn, brand new pairs with the original box.

*Please note that we do take some shoes without the original box, but it will affect the value offered - especially regarding brand new pairs*

Do you ship?

Yes! We ship online orders out every day to all 50 states. Please contact us at if you are interested in placing an international order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all orders with next business day shipping via priority mail. Most customers will receive their order 3-4 business days after placing their order.  There may be slight mail carrier delays on weekends and holidays, but we ship orders out as soon as possible. Shipping is free for all orders placed for over $50.

I chose local pickup for my order. When is it ready for pickup?

When choosing local pickup, please keep in mind that we have multiple locations with different inventory. Once you have confirmed your store location you’ll receive a ‘Ready for Pick-Up’ notification to your phone number or email on file. You can then pick up your order any time during business hours. (Automated local pick-up is temporarily suspended.  If interested in picking up an order in person, please contact that store location directly until the suspension is lifted.)

What is your return policy?

Since we deal with high end sneakers, we do not offer cash refunds. Unworn merchandise with the tag still attached can be returned for store credit to the same store location within 7 days after purchase. We understand that sometimes shoes are bought as gifts and there might be a sizing issue, etc.

Are all of the items you sell authentic?

Yes 100%. We do thorough legit checks on every item in store, and also require a proof of purchase from all customers selling items to us to ensure every item's authenticity. Please shop with 100% confidence.

Am I receiving the shoe that is in the pictures?

Yes! Every pre-owned shoe that you see pictured on our website is the exact shoe that you will be receiving. We go the extra mile, and do not just post stock photos. We want to be fully transparent with our customers. For brand new pairs, you’ll see a stock image as long as they don’t have any factory flaws or condition issues - for those pairs you’ll see exact pictures as well!

Do you accept trades or size swaps?

Yes, we accept trades on every item in store. We also accept size swaps on brand new shoes in store at a fee normally between $20-$40.

Why was my order cancelled?

Very rarely we experience a situation where an order has to be cancelled. You will receive a detailed explanation if this were to happen. We apologize if this is ever the case and will work with you to make it right.
